SCHEDULE of ART CLASSES

At THE OLD BANK GALLERY, in the TABERNACLE CHAPEL.

CHRISTINE GARWOOD B.A. (Hons.); A.T.C.

These Regular Art Classes in Painting and Drawing techniques are held in the gallery on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Groups are small to enable individual tuition to a range of ability levels. Each session is from 10.30a.m. to 1.00p.m. and is complete in itself. Students bring their own materials (please ask for advice on what to bring. Refreshments are included in the charge of £13.00 per session.
Regular day workshops are held in textile techniques. For silk painting and batik, all materials are provided at cost price. For machine embroidery you will need a basic sewing kit of threads, pins, scissors, plain background fabric, some scraps of coloured fabric and a sewing machine. (Help available to unload and set up!)Workshop groups are small to ensure individual tuition, and cost  £35.00 per person (including tea/coffee) Usual times are from 10.30 a.m. to 4.00p.m.
